Return and Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. That's why we offer a 90-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If, for any reason, the product doesn't meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within that period.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and components included. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these conditions. Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, final sale or clearance items, and personalized or custom products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at auraglow@use.startmail.com with your order number and photos of both the product and its packaging. In these cases, we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, and opened items will be accepted.

To start a return, email us at auraglow@use.startmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if applicable. Once your request is approved, we'll send you a return label and clear instructions. Please don't send any items back without first receiving our approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Regarding shipping costs: if the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, we cover the return shipping with a prepaid label. If the return is for another reason, such as a change of mind or color preference, the customer covers the return shipping cost. If you use our prepaid label for a non-defective return, a fixed shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it within 3 to 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund. If accessories are missing or the packaging is significantly damaged, a partial refund with a reasonable adjustment may apply, and we'll notify you before processing.

If you'd like to exchange for a different color or model, contact us at  auraglow@use.startmail.com . Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and the fastest way is often to return the original item and place a new order. For gift orders, if the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit for the value of the return. Otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser.

Please use a trackable shipping service when returning items. We're not responsible for lost or damaged return packages sent with your own carrier. This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country or state.
