We ship worldwide from Texas. This policy applies to all orders placed on www.theauraglow.store.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time are processed the next business day. Weekends and public holidays aren't counted as business days.

Standard international shipping typically takes 7 to 9 business days after processing, making the total estimated delivery time 8 to 12 business days from the order date. Remote areas and customs clearance may add 2 to 5 business days. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and volume. Free shipping may be available for orders above a minimum amount, as indicated at checkout. If express shipping is available for your location, it will be shown with its rate and estimated delivery time at checkout.

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply at the destination. These are the responsibility of the recipient and aren't included in the product price or shipping cost. We can't control or expedite customs processes, and some countries may require additional documentation or delay shipments for inspection.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update in the carrier's system.

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We're not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned for this reason, we may resend it with a new shipping fee or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

If your package is delayed beyond the maximum estimated range by more than 5 business days, or if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us at auraglow@use.startmail.com with your order and tracking number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and, if applicable, process a replacement or refund.

To speed up delivery, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages at no additional cost. You'll receive tracking information for each package separately.

If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos to auraglow@use.startmail.com. We'll offer a free replacement or refund.

During high-season periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, and during events beyond our control like severe weather, strikes, or customs restrictions, delivery times may be extended.
